Completing and Signing Listing Documents
You will receive your Listing Documents package via email from Remine Docs+. The email will have instructions included and the link will allow you to access the documents, fill them out and sign. Please make sure to fill in entirely the Sellers Disclosures and Lead Based Paint forms. You will also see a few additional forms for you to complete in regards to your home updates, favorite things about your home and exclusions (if any).

Showings and Open Houses
Once your home goes live on the MLS, agents will be able to book private showings on the days and times available. We recommend to be completely out of the home the first weekend of showings to allow the most opportunity for prospective buyers. If you need to be home during certain times, we can discuss options for showings schedule.
You will receive an email from Showing Time. This program will allow you to track, confirm and reject showings. Once your home is under contract with a buyer, you will also be able to track when appointments are happening such as inspection, appraisal, final walk-through and any additional appointments the buyer could potentially need throughout the process of the purchase.
Additionally, our team will host Open House(s) at your home as part of our marketing plan. We will notify you of the date(s) and time(s) as we get closer to the live date.
