During the photos and videography appointment:

- Be prepared to leave the home throughout the entirety of the appointment.

- Provide us with a spare key that we will place in a lockbox on your front door (or somewhere accessible) for showings.


PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

As you prepare your home to be listed, you may need to hire professional cleaning and/or specialty work prior to marketing. To assist you, we have compiled a list of vendors we frequently collaborate with and confidently recommend to our clients.

 

 

ShowingTIME

Once your home goes live on the MLS, agents will be able to book private showings on the days and times available. We recommend to be out of the home the first weekend of showings to allow the most opportunity for prospective buyers. If you need to be home during certain times, we can discuss scheduling options.


You will receive an email from ShowingTime as we prepare your listing. This program will allow you to track, confirm and reject showings. Once your home is under contract with a buyer, you will also be able to track when appointments are happening such as inspection, appraisal, final walk-through and any additional appointments the buyer could potentially need throughout the process of the purchase. Additionally, our team will host our Outrageous Opens at your home as part of our marketing plan. We will notify you of the date(s) and time(s) as we get closer to the live date.

Document Dash

You will receive your Listing Documents package via email from Remine Docs+. The email will have instructions included and the link will allow you to access the documents, fill them out and sign. Please ensure that you complete the Sellers Disclosures and Lead Based Paint forms in their entirety.
