During the photos and videography appointment:
- Be prepared to leave the home throughout the entirety of the appointment.
- Provide us with a spare key that will be placed in a lockbox on your front door (or somewhere accessible) for showings.

HOME WARRANTY

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
As you prepare your home to be listed, you may need to hire professional cleaning and/or specialty work prior to marketing. To assist you, we have compiled a list of vendors we frequently collaborate with and confidently recommend to our clients.
DOCUMENT DASH
You will receive your Listing Documents package via email. Instructions will be included with the link to fill and sign your documents. Please ensure that you complete the Sellers Disclosures and Lead Based Paint forms in their entirety.
SHOWINGTIME
Once your listing goes live, agents will be able to book private showings for potential buyers. We recommend to be out of the home the first weekend of showings to allow the most opportunity for prospective buyers. If you will be staying at the property once showings begin, let us know to adjust the schedule.
You will receive an email from ShowingTime as we prepare your listing. This program will allow you to track, confirm and reject showings. Once your home is under contract with a buyer, you will also be able to track when appointments are happening such as inspection, appraisal, final walk-through and any additional appointments the buyer could potentially need throughout the process.
